Our Baked Goods

These are small-batch goods made with the same intention behind everything at Food That Anchors - simple, nourishing food meant to be enjoyed without rushing. 

Everything is gluten free and made without refined sugar. We choose to bake with ingredients chosen for both flavor and how they feel on our body. For the fat, we use only: avocado oil, grass-fed butter, and coconut oil.  For the sugar, we use only: maple syrup, coconut sugar, and honey.

These baked goods are designed to be warmed before enjoying. Because they are made without preservatives, a little heat brings them back to that fresh out of the oven feel. They’re not meant to be eaten quickly on the go. They’re something you take a moment for.
